Directions
In a pan, add water and bring to a boil.
Next add in all the ingredients.
Cook for 3-5 minutes and take off the flame.

Directions
Chop vegetables and keep aside.
In a big bowl, break eggs and add in salt and spices as per taste.

On a hot pan, spread some oil and pour in the egg mix.

In a big bowl, add whole wheat flour, sesame seeds and water.
Knead to make a soft dough. Let the dough rest for a few minutes.
Using a rolling pin, roll into a paratha.
On a hot tawa, spread some butter and cook the paratha on both sides.
Take off the flame and top with butter and relish.
